I had my daughter and her friend loaded in the mini van and we were all excited. We had blankets and a dvd player in anticipation of the long lines. We arrrived and the Apple store was closed! The security guard said they won't be here until 6am. We went back around 10am and the people at the Apple store said this is junk. I feel sick and violated by this teasing. I tryed to confirm it with the Apple store the day before but the phone just rang and rang. I finally was able to leave a message twice but not return call. This is not the upstanding service or marketing I have come to reply upon for so many years. I hope and pray Steve Jobs was not part of this sham and diseption of consumers.
